Comfortable, great location but…
3/5 Nice, comfortable house 6 minutes from downtown Twain Harte. Unfortunately, there were some issues. The keyless entry gave us some trouble as the keypad battery was going dead. Tried to call the # on the listing but it was disconnected. Then tried to email but we did not receive a response. Looked like a pile of saw desk inside the entryway (termites?), PacMan game doesn’t work, moldy shower curtain, freezer build up which was leaking into the fridge, stained towels. Relatively small issues. Overall a peaceful, nice stay.

- We confirmed the property is termite-free. The sawdust near the entryway was likely dust from the vent, and we’ll be sure this area is checked more frequently.
- The fridge is being replaced this week to prevent any future leaking issues.
- The shower curtain and towels will be inspected and replaced as needed to ensure they’re fresh and clean for each stay.
- We’ll also double-check the contact number on the listing and confirm that the PacMan game is in working order.

5/5 Stayed with two other adults before headed out backpacking. The home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The location is great to access Sonora, Yosemite, and Emigrant Wilderness. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Nice house, poor management company
4/5 We arrived on Thursday afternoon to several overturned trash cans spilling out garbage in the carport. After several calls and emails to the management company, someone finally showed up on Saturday morning to pick it up and take it away.
In spite of some warm and fuzzy comments from the owners in the book about the property about reaching out to them if you needed anything, no contact info was given.

Kitchen pretty well equipped
Nice bathrooms/tub/showers
Minuses
No Ice maker or ice cube trays
No Bread knife
Need to lubricate the kitchen slider onto deck so you can open it.
Silverware is odd, and marginally useful, knives were difficult to spread anything with and all spoons are soup spoon shaped
AC upstairs resets warmer in middle of the night
No Kleenex
