  Thank you for the wonderful weekend stay. We had plenty of room and enjoyed playing with board games and mini pool table that was provided. We also loved being aroung the firepit at night. Thank you for the memories!

• Perfect for families or groups

  Everything at the property was as advertised. It was clean, near, and coincidentally a few doors down from the family members we were visiting. Very quiet street with convenient access with a short drive to a few restaurants, including those in Sonora

• Nice property but one big problem.

  Very nice property, quiet area, close to fun places, clean inside. But a few problems. Smaller being the lack of AC during the summer heat will be annoying, as the property only has fans. But they don’t help against the high heat much. The back room entrance to the backyard area doesn’t lock properly. Also, it would be better to have known that the front door won’t lock from the outside unless you’re pulling the door towards you. But the biggest problem is about how after we checked out, my aunt started getting a rash and itching, and soon after the doctors told her she got flea bites and most likely from a sofa or cushion, and she slept on the pull out sofa.

  - We want to clarify that our listing doesn't advertise A/C, and we include a note in the listing to ensure guests are aware of this before booking. We offer ceiling fans in all rooms and two standing fans for additional guest comfort. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs.
  - We appreciate your feedback, and we want to inform you that the back door slider has been replaced with a new door based on previous feedback. Unfortunately, our contractor was unable to complete this before your stay.
  - We recently stayed at our property the week after your visit, and none of us experienced any insect bites. Given our property's mountainous location, it's natural to encounter insects outdoors. It's quite likely that the bites occurred outside. Please be assured that we take cleanliness seriously, and our dedicated cleaner ensures a thorough cleaning after each guest checks out.

• Ladies weekend getaway

  If it's a 5* that you're looking for, then this is not for you. The house had all the basics and the good company made this a great weekend. The property is in a great location. It's quiet and the neighbors were respectful. Will definitely be booking more stays with Vrbo in the future.
