  We should have been able to check in at 3 P.M. according to the info we were sent (which was when we arrived) but the cleaning person said no we couldn’t check in until 4 and we weren't allowed to drop off our stuff… it was very inconvenientWe were shocked that the 4th bedroom hadn't been prepared- even though they knew 4 of us were coming. We made up the bed ourselves but we weren’t even sure if the sheets were cleanAll the beds have plastic coverings under the sheets which means that if you move around in your bed the bed crinklesThe sheets are of very poor qualityThe water in the master bedroom shower never got hot. It was lukewarm for 10 minutes- Then I gave up.The house is very cold at night. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets.Even though we were told that the TV had u-verse on it we were unable to tune into any channel no matter what we chjannel we triedThe couches in the living room are old, sagging and uncomfortable. They had fabric thrown over them I guess to hide the ageUnless you have an SUV it is impossible to go up the very steep driveway. We scraped up the front part of our car the first time we tried so ultimately had to park on the street and carry our stuff up. It would be impossible for anyone with a slight walking disability
