Wonderful home
5/5 We stayed here for a weekend and everything was perfect. The house is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Satnam was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and the location of the home is perfect. We walked two blocks to the local farmers market in beautiful downtown Turlock!
Horrible
1/5 I never got confirmation of the booking until about 4 hours after I was supposed to check in, as a result I had to stay somewhere else but was still charged for this place

Hi Derek, We sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with your booking. A technical glitch delayed the approval of your reservation. As soon as we became aware of the problem, we promptly issued a full refund to compensate for the inconvenience.
This issue was solely related to a technical error within our booking system and does not reflect on the homeowner in any way. They remain committed to providing excellent service to all guests.
Moving forward, we are implementing measures to prevent such occurrences from happening again. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are dedicated to continuously improving our processes to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests.
