  Two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs ideal for kids. Primary bedroom comfortable. En suite bathroom small for two people. Kitchen large and generous counter space. Living room is spacious. Convenient location to downtown Truckee and nearby such as markets, coffee shops, other food businesses. All within 10 - 15 minutes from rental.

• Perfect short getaway

  My family enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a cozy home with plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and the other games provided.

  The structure of the home is beautiful inside, yet the living room furniture is a bit outdated. The rooms/beds were comfortable and the house stayed warm with the many space heaters provided in addition to the central heating.

  We enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to drive to the Snow Park to play in the snow when there was ample space in the back yard for the kids to play. Access through the garage was great and we ended up using this to exit out of the front of the house as well at different times as the front steps were icy.

  Our only complaint would be that the televisions were difficult to operate and worked sporadically.

  Otherwise everything was great and we would stay here again.

• Comfy cabin with kids-friendly amenities

  We had 2 families at the cabin (4 adults, 3 kids) and the cabin was the perfect size for us. We went in Feb so we had fresh snow on the 2 balconies and we could watch our kids play outside while we stayed inside. There’s a whole area in the back for snowshoeing (included!) and snow play as well. The common area had an open layout for hanging out and a big dining table for meals and games. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Bonus—your driveway and the main road gets plowed around 10-11am when it’s snowing. Highly recommend!!
