Perfect!
5/5 This home has everything you need for your stay. Great location, comfortable, perfect for a small family or group. Loved my stay there with my daughter and grandchildren. Summer in Lake Tahoe is getting warmer and most homes like this one do not have air conditioning. This house has lots of fans to help cool down the interior, but maybe consider ceiling fans.

Good experience overall except water heater hiccup
4/5 The home is clean, large living room with a kitchen that has all you need. We stayed for about a week in Feb during the school ski break, the only thing I have to say is about the water heater which according to the owner is expected to serve hot showers for only 10~15 mins, then we have to wait another 30 mins until the next person can take hot shower. This is a bummer for us as you can imagine after a whole day ski/snowboarding activities, with all the sweat and tiredness.
