House was over all very accommodating Great locationRooms had ample linensHOA amenities we’re perfect for the family Kitchen had too many personal items. The storage was very limited. We unfortunately found that there was a mouse residing in the house that made nightly appearances. Homeowners must have know. We found traps in the laundry room and garage.

Good location, home was accommodating for seven guest
HOA amenities were perfect
Picturesque windows made house warm during the day with full sun exposure.
Older decor in home with many damaged tiles on floor, countertop & bathrooms.
Kitchen was large, just needs to be slightly purged of homeowners personal items to allow for storage
My wife and I (in our 60s) stayed here with our son and his two pre-teen children for three nights during blizzard conditions. We spent a lot of time in the large main open space with couches and chairs, tv and audio system, wood burning stove, dining table/chairs, and kitchen. There was plenty of space for us to spread out on two couches and a recliner, with a coffee table large enough to do a medium size jigsaw puzzle. There was also lots of space for the kids to play games on the floor. There is also a nice seating area at the top of the stairs to second floor, with some comfortable chairs for reading, and a large low table that was also great for games. Even in the blizzard, the great room was well lit with natural light coming from the many large windows.A special amenity for us was the excellent stereo set up, with a high end AV receiver that I discovered is Airplay-capable. So we were able to stream music easily from our iPhones to the receiver. The connected Klipsch speakers are also excellent, much better than what you would typically find at a vacation rental. Being able to listen to our own music on a great sound system while playing games, etc, made the hours spent inside much more enjoyable. The large flat panel tv is also excellent.Another plus that thrilled the nine year old basketball fanatic was the mini basketball game in the huge garage. He spent a lot of time shooting around himself, as well as with his dad and grandad, even in the frigid temperatures. It made being cooped up much more tolerable for him.We found the kitchen to be well stocked with cooking equipment, spices, etc. The center burner of the 5-burner gas stove did not have a handle to turn it on, but that was not a factor for us.We found the bedrooms to be spacious and well furnished. There is a need to update tile floors, countertops, etc. But the condition was not an issue for us, especially given the other positives. The check in instructions gave a code to get in the door at the top of the flight of exterior stairs from the driveway. When we arrived, there were several feet of snow on the bottom 4-5 stairs. We called the property manager to find out how we should get in. They called back with a code for the garage door. But once in the garage, we could not find a way upstairs. So I ended up shoveling the exterior stairs myself. Turns out there is a way upstairs from the garage, as we found later. The check in instructions should include that info.
