Rat infested stay away
1/5 This rental has rat droppings throughout kitchen cabinets and in utensil and dish drawers. Rats chewed into our stored food in boxes and bags. The refrigerator and stove did not work. No matches or kindling provided to use wood stove, sheets do not fit bed, quilts piled on floor but no towels or soap in primary bath. Very disappointed in this home.

Spring break ski trip
5/5 Great home so close to the mountain. Lots of cozy space to hang, cook, play games and enjoy time together after skiing all day. Highly recommend.

Truckee Family Vacation 2023
4/5 House was over all very accommodating Great locationRooms had ample linensHOA amenities we’re perfect for the family Kitchen had too many personal items. The storage was very limited.We unfortunately found that there was a mouse residing in the house that made nightly appearances. Homeowners must have know. We found traps in the laundry room and garage.

4/5 Good location, home was accommodating for seven guest
HOA amenities were perfect
Picturesque windows made house warm during the day with full sun exposure.
Older decor in home with many damaged tiles on floor, countertop & bathrooms.
Kitchen was large, just needs to be slightly purged of homeowners personal items to allow for storage
