CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 0819
- Please return the key back to the lockbox after arriving as there is a key in the house to use during your stay (hanging on a hook right next to the door)
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Please plug the bear motion alarm back in
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- This property is heated but does not offer air conditioning
- Note that there is a 'dog barking' motion alarm to keep bears away when no one is staying at the home. Guests can turn this off once they have checked in. When you walk through the door, go left into the kitchen. The alarm is located to the right of the sink on the counter. Simply unplug it and it will stop
- A private community beach and boat slip are available at Water's Edge Condominiums. Please reach out to the Guest Contact for more information
