- No smoking anywhere inside the unit or in common areas of the complex (entryways, walkways, lawns, parking areas, roads, pool/spa area, clubhouse, etc). Guests are only permitted to smoke on the private balcony and must ensure all windows are closed if they are smoking outside. Documented violations of this policy could result in a $200 fee
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: The property requires stairs to enter and additional stairs to access all common spaces
- NOTE: The property has a ceiling fan but does not offer air conditioning
- NOTE: The owner does have a shoveling service for when it snows. However, guest are encouraged to use shovel, ice picks, and salt provided in the property as needed
- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is prohibited during that time. This prohibition includes playing loud music, running power tools,  slamming car doors, and shouting or holding loud conversations in open areas
- NOTE: If you are not present between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on a snow plow day (> 2 inch snow fall) to move your vehicle during plowing, your vehicle cannot remain on the premises. Vehicles not removed during snow removal are subject to a $200 fee

- Please make a copy of, review, and sign the following document and email it to the Guest Contact prior to your arrival:

- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 031723
- The keypad on the door has to be activated by pressing the top button where it says Schlage ( to light up the key pad) the code is to be entered and the checkmark needs to be checked in order to unlock the door. You can also lock the door by pressing the Schlage 3 times
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Parking permits must be left in unit after stay or could result in a $100 fee
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- If you have time: Load and start the dishwasher, 1 hour prior to departure
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave used beds un-made
- If you have time: Please start a load of towels, 1 hour prior to departure. Or leave towels in bathtub
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking anywhere inside the unit or in common areas of the complex (entryways, walkways, lawns, parking areas, roads, pool/spa area, clubhouse, etc). Guests are only permitted to smoke on the private balcony and must ensure all windows are closed if they are smoking outside. Documented violations of this policy could result in a $200 fee
- All smoking materials: butts, ashes, wrappers, and trash, must be disposed of properly inside of the unit  
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is prohibited during that time. This prohibition includes playing loud music, running power tools,  slamming car doors, and shouting or holding loud conversations in open areas
- When snowfall of more than 2 inches is expected, all residents must be prepared to move their vehicle(s) on very short notice to allow snow removal equipment to clear the parking areas. In some cases, vehicles will need to be moved off the premises until enough spaces are cleared to allow for re-parking
- Any vehicle that is not moved for snowplow operations is also subject to  
towing at the vehicle owner’s expense
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book or on the entertainment stand

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The property requires stairs to enter and additional stairs to access all common spaces
- The owner does have a shoveling service for when it snows. There will also be a shovel, ice picks, and salt in the property as well
- The property has a ceiling fan but does not offer air conditioning
- The key card for the community amenities will be provided upon arrival
- Bears are active and commonly seen in the area! Please take extra precautions when near the dumpsters and do not leave any food outside or in your vehicles

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot 
- Parking passes will be provided upon arrival. Parking Permits are required to be displayed on all vehicles on the property (Please keep in large clear display hanger). Please leave them inside the unit upon departure
- Boat/trailer parking is allowed in the nearby unpaved areas. These 4 spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- Vehicles without parking permits are subject to tow at the vehicle owner’s expense
- There are no assigned parking spaces
