This lovely home blends in easily with the surrounding nature. A friendly deer came to visit, as did numerous birds. The property manager was amazing, and very prompt in attending to one small issue. My group had a wonderful time. I could envision myself living in this home and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding area.

Very cozy and relaxing with garden surrounding the house and enjoyed the fire place
The bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. A few things were disappointing, such as arriving at check-in time and finding the house was not cleaned. We were told the cleaner had an emergency and she returned promptly to finish a "few" things, which took 2 hours. We had planned on BBQing dinner and found the outdoor table was dirty and the covered patio was full of cobwebs. The grill was dirty and the charcoal ashes nearly to the top of the grate.
The house was lovely, but I would recommend checking in with the owner to make sure house will be ready on time.
We enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated farmhouse style home. The sunroom was so pleasant to sit in & enjoy the whimsical backyard. Comfy furniture would have enticed us to actually sit outside!
The bedroom over the garage is nice for children, but as we were older adults the sloped ceilings & stairs & no bathroom were a problem. Luckily the pull out couch in the great room was available.
We had reserved the home in March for our July stay. As the date approached, we noticed a significant drop in price for renting the home. So we were actually paying much more for reserving early. This doesn’t seem ethical, as every date before & after our stay was really much cheaper. We couldn’t change our dates, & in speaking with both Evolve & the owner, they said it was the way it works!!
Although we were very pleased with the home, we will wait next time to reserve closer to the date even though the choices may be fewer.
Thank you,
Arlette Barnard
The home was great! I loved all the different areas to explore. Unique garden and lots to look at. Very quiet neighborhood and close to a variety of things to do.
