CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation. To unlock the front door, touch the keypad once to wake it up, then type in the 4-digit code and press the checkmark button
- Upon arrival, guests can park in the designated visitor parking spaces prior to entering the property and attached garage. From the outside, the garage has the number 147 above the door
- The attached garage may be accessed using the 4-digit code: 6897. Simply type in the code and press the 'Enter' button. If the garage door is open, you can simply press the 'Enter' button to close it
- You will be provided with consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) to get you started. Once these run out, you will then be responsible for purchasing your own
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
