Convenient location and comfy accommodations
5/5 Great location - convenient to downtown Summerland, Montecito, and downtown Santa Barbara! The residence is a nice layout. It is equipped with everything we needed.

Great location and amazing views!!
5/5 The property was perfect! The layout is a bit different as you walk into the upstairs where the two bedrooms are located and each bedroom has a slider and a balcony where you can take in the breath taking views! Downstairs you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and another balcony to enjoy the ocean views!! The property was very clean and the host is very responsive! It was only a short drive to Santa Barbara too! Lots of little shops and restaurants down the street. We would stay here again!!
