5/5 We loved the location with the lovely views of the ocean. The lovely town of Summerland was easily walkable with loves stores and restaurants. It’s a quick drive to Santa Barbara and Solvang/Los Olivos. The home was delightful with easy parking, a well appointed kitchen and lovely living room.

4/5 It is a very nice comfortable place. Very clean. Street parking only. There is road (PCH) and train noise that can be heard if windows are open but that didn’t bother me. While the shops are very walkable to get to, walking back is a steep incline and while we are all in very good shape. It was challenging. All in all a nice private, comfortable place and we enjoyed your stay.

5/5 The property was very close to town and to the beach. The rental was as advertised- with stunning ocean views, great amenities, and the house was clean and welcoming.
The hosts were proactive leading up to visit and we really enjoyed our stay!
