Fab holiday rental
5/5 We had a lovely few days staying here and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Lots of lovely touches which we really appreciated. Great location although we had partly chosen for the playground access and it wasn’t there (they look to be building a new one at some point). The tar on the beaches was a bit of a nuisance but we really appreciated the cleaning things Nicole left outside. The deck was beautiful. We hope to be back one day. If you have little ones go to the Padaro Beach Grill and the Botanical Gardens.
Feeling let down by this …
2/5 On arrival day we had to make contacts Evolve, host, to obtain the access code which took some time the host hadn’t made this available. On arrival we had the downstairs of this property - the front door and window - and not the property as shown on the photo. People and their dog were walking around upstairs every moment we were in the property so you naturally live in their time. This was our road trip relaxing break to catch up for a few nights.
Costs more than doubled after the initial booking nightly fees, we are paying the host, the nights costs, service fees, taxes so much that it is more than double the initial fee. And do some cleaning before leaving…
The property was well stocked with functional items for self catering, appreciated that. Quite over shadowed by trees, not many options for relaxing and catching the sun. Overall disappointed with costs for this stay and will be complaining.

5/5 My husband, 4 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The main purpose was beach hopping - Carpinteria, Santa Claus, East Beach. This was a perfect middle ground! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and spacious for us. Host communicated via text and was quick and responsive. Highly recommend!
