  We had a wonderful time and were able to extend our stay a bit after booking. We had a fun family fishing weekend- very close to the river. Lots of activities downstairs to keep us busy and well stocked kitchen made it easy to make meals. Love the quiet place and hope to be back next year too! Thanks for the great memories!

  House was comfortable enough and listing is accurate. The house had a mouse problem - lots of traps inside the house. When we arrived one of the traps had a dead mouse in it. Owner said that mice is part of mountain living. We couldn't control the central air - so no AC during our stay in August. Wasn't a huge deal because it cooled off at night but the master is upstairs and was hotter than the rest of the house. The game room was fun and the kitchen and living spaces were comfortable.

Following the advice of our pest control company, we recently completed a full exclusion project to seal all entry points & ensure the cabin remains pest-free moving forward.   Regarding the central air, we’re sorry for any difficulties you had with the system. The unit is fully operational, & to make it easier for future guests, we plan to add simplified instructions near the thermostat.

  Spacious cabin with all amenities. Nice place to gather for a trip with families. Close walk to nice river beach and short drive to Pinecrest.
