Calm and cool vacation in July
4/5 Lovely home. The living room and dining room fit all 10 of us well. The beds were comfy and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. It was located close to Donner Lake and Truckee and about 1/2 hour from Lake Tahoe activities. It worked out great.

Not very clean, leaking sink.
3/5 Unfortunately, the house wasn’t very clean. Not enough towels, toilet paper, the sink was leaking and it looked like someone knew about it because there were containers underneath to catch it but we were not told this information so we came back to the house and found a flooded kitchen. Dishes were dirty, no dishwasher soap. There was food left over from the previous people. Just not a well maintained property. Can tell a management company overseas it. Hate to be a negative Nancy here but just wasn’t really up to standard for what we paid.

Comfortable and convenient for our family
4/5 I brought my 3 daughters and 6 granddaughters for girls vacay. The house was a perfect size for us and we were able to get comfortable and relax after busy days at nearby Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe activities. The house is located just off Interstate 80 so it was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked. One night was movie night, but there were no kid friendly DVDs, so bring your own if you are planning that - and the sound didn't work on the blue ray player. Otherwise everything worked out fine. A few questions and concerns were quickly answered and remedied by the host.

5/5 This house was clean, well equipped with every thing one would need right down to aluminum foil and baggies. we had 6 in our party and everyone was impressed.

Nice big comfortable house
5/5 We found the house to be clean and comfortable and spacious enough for 7 of us. Furniture and beds in great shape also which is not always the case at some rentals. I worried we would be so far from Truckee (where we went almost everyday) but it was just a quick 10-15 minutes all on the freeway.
