4/5 The house is large and roomy and well lit with views of the ocean. The beds are soft. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The heating system was marginal. The electric wall heaters in the dining room and rec room didn't work. Fortunately, the temps didn't get too low. There were no side tables or coffee table in the living room, and also no lamps. The only lighting is very bright overhead fixtures. There is no TV, but that wasn't an issue for us.
