The house had a nice kitchen and living space and the bedrooms were big. The problem was there was no A/C. They did have a swamp cooler which worked nicely in the downstairs but the upstairs bedrooms were hot and stuffy even with windows open and fans blowing. The master bathroom had a window pointing directly at the neighbors house and the window was not adequately covered so we never used the shower and bathtub in that room..

From the owner: "Thank you so much for the nice review.
We understand that not everyone may be familiar with how a swamp cooler works. It is important to keep the windows in the house open when the swamp cooler is turned on, especially upstairs. Adjusting the cooling by closing some of the windows downstairs can also help maintain a comfortable temperature upstairs. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you have enjoyed your stay. Also, we have ordered blinds for the master bath window and will install them soon."
The house was nice. The living area and kitchen were huge. The bedrooms were nice and spacious. There were two problems that make paying the price of the rental questionable. The bathroom in the master bedroom was not great. The window in the bathroom pointed directly at the neighbors house and the curtain was made of lace and only covered 3/4 of the window so there was no privacy and taking a shower or bath in there was not possible. The other problem was no A/C. The house does have a swamp cooler which cooled the downstairs nicely but the people upstairs had to deal with hot and stuffy rooms even with the windows open and fans in the window.
