Peaceful Retreat
5/5 This was the most relaxing getaway! This serene property offers amazing views and it is so quiet. The cabin is simple but has everything you need, including a comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. The wood fireplace makes it so cozy. Great place to curl up and read a book. Easy, responsive, and helpful communication with the host This was our second stay and can't wait to return!

Great getaway!
5/5 My wife and I along with our pup Maggie really enjoyed the tranquil setting of the property. Maggie was able to roam around and explore her surroundings, and be a country dog for a few days. It was a great place to hunker down and escape the rat race for a bit. It was hard to leave but we hope to be back one day!

Peaceful cabin
5/5 The cabin was very cozy and set on a large private land so it’s great for dogs. Our little schnauzer enjoyed exploring and running around the grounds unleashed. There’s a great vista of the hills and good spots for watching spectacular sunsets. The location itself is easily accessible to Sebastopol town which has trendy shops and good eateries. The cabin was well-equipped and well-stocked with coffee and tea except it didn’t have a kettle to boil water (we’re tea drinkers and we even brought our own tea) but our responsive host Gail got one immediately however it was after our stay. Everything else is perfect and will definitely stay here again. (At least we now know our next stay will be flawless with the new electric kettle…thanks to Gail.)

Writers Retreat
5/5 We arrived on the first night of the Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, which was also a super blue moon in September, a most auspicious beginning! We love this property which was most conducive to writing everyday. The kitchen was conveniently well-appointed, the outside deck a great place to hangout, and the sunsets as others have noted are an everchanging panorama of awe and beauty. And it was so quiet! We'd love to come back.
