We were in town for a wedding and this beautiful little house was the perfect getaway for all our needs. It was close to all of the major attractions yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had all the basic amenities. The outdoor patio was also quite lovely and a wonderful place to enjoy coffee and relax next to the pond. We will definitely rent here again if we are in the area, my only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer!

From the Owner: "We are so pleased your time spent here was both enjoyable and memorable, and so look forward to hosting you real soon. Ciao."
You had the place to yourself with a private garden patio with water fountains! I loved the outdoor space so much! Everywhere you looked there was another unique piece of artwork or furniture. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the fireplace! On and Off with a touch of remote and it really heated up the place at night! The kitchen was a dream. Everything you need plus more!! There was a grill outside and enough room to have a party. I loved that I had access to a washer and dryer too!! My only criticism is that the main couch in the living room had a musty smell and so did the place at times. When we were able to open the place the smell did dissipate. Also, there wasn't a great place to use a hair dryer and styling tools, there were no outlets close enough without an extension cord close to the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink was actually in the bedroom, which was ok, but we didn't care that it was carpeted in front of the bathroom sink. I had to find an outlet in the living room. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

From the owner: "We were most happy to host you Sherrill, and have addressed the musty odor by keeping windows and doors open longer, and antibacteralized the couch cushions. While there are 3 outlets in the bedroom, they are at ankle height, and maybe not easily spotted. Sure, hope you return to see us again."
Somewhat like staying in a museum… lots of art and collectibles. Very comfortable bed, quality linens, and great kitchen. Quiet and gorgeous garden area. Plus attentive mgmt/owner with an issue… very appreciated!!
We enjoyed our stay in Sebastopol tremendously, thanks to this wonderful cottage. It was like living in a museum with it's history, art works, and books. The private patio with a fountain added serenity and sense of calm. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
