• Lovely Farmhouse

  Very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing property. Beautiful views of the hills during the day and stars at night. Far from city lights and noises which makes this spot extra relaxing. Around 20 minute drive away from nearest town/store. Huge yard my two corgis loved. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.Huge

  Communication on the lock box code could have been handled better. Landscape and upkeep around the house was an eyesore.

The lockbox code was provided earlier in the day, which is our usual process, but we understand it may have caused some inconvenience during your arrival. We'll review our communication process to ensure it's clearer in the future. As for the landscaping, we are currently in a drought, and water conservation is a priority. While the grass may not be lush, we focus on maintaining the interior of the home and providing amenities for our guests' comfort.

• NO A/C during an excessive heat warning

  No A/C during an excessive heat warning. Do not stay here from May-to October unless you like being in a house that is 95 degrees. Some of my friends could not stay the entire reservation as we have dogs and they were too hot for safety. The manager said he was unaware of the ac problems but you can see the comments on other reviews (which I should have read). BUYER BE WARE!

  Owner's response: "Matthew, We provide a clean and sanitized place for all our guests and we have had nearly 100 reviews that are 4 and 5 stars with guests who have experienced a wonderful time at our property.
  
  We tried to get someone out to fix the AC, but being the 4th of July and lots of calls ahead of us we could not book an appointment until 2 weeks out. This was completely out of our control and if we could have fixed it we would have.
  
  We do not appreciate that you did not treat our home with respect and follow the house rules. After you vacated we arrived at the property and it reeked of smoke and evidence that you had 3 dogs was something that we could not miss. We paid dearly for the extra cleaning to get the home ready for a new renter. We were shocked and very disappointed.
  
  We look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."
