As this home lies along the Paradise Valley Wine Trail, you'll be tasting world-class varieties within minutes of the property. 4M Vineyards/Estrella Creek Wines, Ranchita Canyon Vineyard, and Villa San Juliette Winery are some of the closest, while many more can be found in town at San Miguel and down in Paso Robles.
Most of the wineries are open from 11:00 pm - 5:00 pm, so you can enjoy a day of tasting tours before picking up a reservation at one of the fantastic restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. You'll also find many beautiful shops surrounding the property, and places to pick up organic food around the farm - so you won't have to dine out when you're not in the mood.
This home also lies just minutes from the Ravine Water Park and several golf courses. If you're aching to see the Pacific shore, pack the beach gear and make a 30-minute drive to the coast!

NO A/C during an excessive heat warning
1/5 No A/C during an excessive heat warning. Do not stay here from May-to October unless you like being in a house that is 95 degrees. Some of my friends could not stay the entire reservation as we have dogs and they were too hot for safety. The manager said he was unaware of the ac problems but you can see the comments on other reviews (which I should have read). BUYER BE WARE!

Fabulous farmhouse
5/5 We really enjoyed staying at the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail Home. It was out far enough that you really feel in the country and fully immersed in nature but a convenient 20-25 minutes in to downtown Paso Robles. Staying in springtime is fabulous as the surrounding hills around the farm and throughout the drive in are verdant green with giant oaks in full new leaves spread across the landscape.The house is by far the best deal in the area for the space you get. A full master suite upstairs with a balcony overlooking the property, as well as two bedrooms and full bathroom downstairs. The kitchen and dining area is large enough for a party of 6-8 people without feeling crowded, and is fully stocked with plenty of space for cooking whatever you desire. A separate living area with cable television is great for relaxing or watching a movie. We had an excellent time here and would definitely come back.

Quiet in the Country
5/5 This unit is a cute cottage in the country. We were two couples. One stayed in the upstairs bedroom and the other couple in the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed. It was exactly what we are used to at home in terms of distance from town and the rural setting. The owner was very helpful and nice. The water ran very hot and the pressure was strong upstairs, so keep that in mind. There were little things like a downstairs ceiling fan that didn’t work. There is an adorable full service kitchen. All in all it was a great experience and we feel comfortable recommending it to others.
