• Great Stay, Great Area

  Well-appointed, clean, newer apartment on the fringe of the Marina District near The Presidio. Great area full of shops and trendy, diverse eateries. Had a bit of a hiccup on check-in due to the fact that there was a mix-up with the housekeeping crew and we had no bedding the first night, but the owner handled it and was kind to waive the cleaning fee and reimburse the first night's stay. Lovely patio area out back and plenty of space for my and son and I for a week's stay. Plenty of cooking utensils and appliances to make meals there at home as well. Dedicated parking is also a nice plus, though large vehicles might have a tough time fitting in the shared garage. The curbside space along the driveway also worked well for us. Would definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arises!

  I am shocked that Evolve is still listing this rental. When we arrived in December, the place was a total mess. The couch was missing. Things scattered all over the floor. The bed was not much more than a mattress. No sheets. It took a while but, at least, we were refunded our payment.

• No Sofa Bed

  How can you advertise sleeping availability for a third person, when there is no sofa bed? The area is great, but I wouldn't have reserved it if I had known there wasn't an extra bed.
