    Hello, I am writing you today to leave a comment on my stay, I must say I usually don’t write reviews but I will definitely be passing on my review of my stay especially for how much money I paid for the 2 days. The pictures and the way the home was staged on Booking . Com and Envole was beautiful but that’s before you stayed 2 days. Here is the list: 1. The code to get in the home was wrong, we were never given the code to the door which we had to call. 2. There were NO drinking glasses only mis matched mugs that look like they were bought at a garage sale. In fact Everything was mixed matched, and in poor shape and dirty including the furniture!!! 3. Couldn’t get the TV to work called but no solution 4. Sink in upstairs bathroom must have a clug because it would fill up just to brush teeth and take 30 min to drain 5. The sheets and pillows were CHEAP and not matching 6. The white towels were “yellow” and smelled 7. When taking a shower the water would run out and get floor all wet, probably because they weren’t using proper shower curtains. AND most important and MOST DISTURBING was the mattress on the beds, I’ve included pictures for evidence. I can’t even describe how impulsive and disgusting the mattress was, in todays times with all the diseases and infections you could be fined or closed for allowing this in a home that is being rented out to consumers.

    I am literally sick to my stomach.

    And yes…, that is blood and urine on the mattress!!! Not even a mattress cover on any of the beds!!

    - Our goal is to ensure a smooth stay for our guests. Before your arrival, it's documented that you received the pre-stay email with entry instructions on 08/03.
    - For guest use, we have a variety of mugs instead of drinking glasses and the dishes, plates, and bowls as a set. As we value the cleanliness of our home, our cleaners always put the used dishes in the dishwasher before returning them to the cabinet.
    - It's important to us that our amenities are in full working order and we confirmed that the TV does work. Guests are free to enjoy access to local channels. We do not have cable and we don't advertise this amenity on our listing.
    - We apologize for the bathroom sink being clogged. We were unaware of the concern and recognized its urgency. Bringing it to our attention would have given us the opportunity to address it immediately as we don't want any water spilling onto the hardwood floor.
    - Thorough cleanliness is a top priority and we will communicate with the cleaner about this, but rest assured, all towels are washed in the washer/dryer here, and there's detergent available for guest use.
    - We have asked the cleaner to make sure the mattress is thoroughly cleaned, and he assured us that we always wash all the bedding after each guest stay.
    We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

    Clean, spacious, well equipped, good communication with owner. Nice kitchen.


    Some noise coming from family living next door to two of the bedrooms.

    A little overpriced for what you're getting.

    All in all a nice stay.
