modern house at great location
4/5 the house was a great size for our family of four plus grandparents. loved the patio (shielded from beach wind) and amazing walkability to the beach and bay. very walkable to Belmont attractions and restaurants and bars as well. only downsides: there’s essentially no parking, they tell you to park in the walkway to the back entrance which is too narrow to use practically so street parking is the only option and it’s very difficult to find (access to the large garage would be a huge plus!), and hot water was sporadic (maybe an issue with the tank being too small or shared with upstairs unit?). overall a very solid choice for a family beach vacation that doesn’t involve a lot of coming and going by car.
Perfect Mission Beach home away from home
5/5 This home has everything you need for a fun and active vacation on Mission Beach. You are just a few homes away from the sand and conveniently located by Belmont Park and lots of activity. The home is beautifully appointed and comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the quiet pathway (no cars) enjoying the firepit and grill option. Another plus is the availability to all the beach gear you could need - chairs, umbrella, boards and more. We would highly recommend this property.

5/5 Linens and beds were great. Management was very responsive to a few maintenance issues when we arrived. Location for kids/teens was fantastic. Didn't have a car, but didn't need one either. Great patio to hang out on during the day and evening. <br />
Very comfortable for 7 persons. Each room has own bath. Will we back soon! Thanks to all who made it possible.

4/5 Such a great house to rent! We love being so close to the beach, the patio is huge and perfect for relaxing at night! We plan to stay here again next year!

5/5 This property was in great location great. Recent remodel is beautiful. Really enjoyed the front patio area. AC worked great. Parking space is really tight though even for our mid-size SUV.
