CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
ACTION REQUIRED:
- Please download, print, and fill out the tenant portions of the document below and email your copy back to the Guest Contact as soon as possible

- As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions
- Access to all doors is either through a key fob or with the door code provided at check-in 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please reach out to the Guest Contact to return the keys
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- The trash shoot is located across the lobby, opposite the door to the elevators on the left. Recycling is on P1, exit the elevator and make 2 quick lefts (directly behind the elevators). The combo for the door is the same for all the entrances to common areas and will be provided by the Guest Contact. Please break down boxes for recycling
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- The RFID card should be in the right corner of your car window. Parking is on 1st level, when you go down the ramp make a left at the first stop. Go to the end and make a right. Parking is straight ahead from there. There is no reception in the garage so please take these instructions down beforehand. The code for elevator door will be provided by the Guest Contact
- Additional parking is available in the guest parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis
- Additional parking is also available upon request
