Frustrated and disappointed
2/5 First, the owner didn’t let us check in at 4 as promised… we had to wait until 6:30 - inconvenient since we bought frozen groceries to take to the Vrbo at 3:30- so we had to scramble to find a freezer to keep them from going bad.
When we arrived, the sheets that should have been on our bed were sopping wet in the washing machine. The air conditioner broke on the first day. The disposal system was messed up and had glass in it. The stay was not comfortable. The owner doesn’t communicate very well in English, and when a couple items were left behind, he tried to ignore my attempts to recover them. Saying that they were probably gone. I pressed the issue and he finally allowed me to come get them. All around awful.

Middle of everything
5/5 We enjoyed our stay!
It was fully equipped. Great response time on initial arrival and when a member of my party locked the door incorrectly. This issue was resolved very quickly.
Suggestions: Raise the shower head in the main bathroom
Figure out a way to keep the house smelling and feeling fresh and cool upon arrival.
Rotate towels and blankets a little more frequently.
We would return.
