4/5 Tidy, comfy beds and pillows, clean micro and frig, adequate kitchen utensils, nice to have highchair and playpen. an old unclean coffee filter filled w used grounds left in coffee maker, very few bath towels available and no access to washer/dryer. towels were thin and scratchy, partial paper towel roll in place and no extras available. Upon arrival the floors looked swept but did not feel or really look clean, No care noted to the yard as weeds of all sizes were everywhere. We did have a good time. Cute place needing TLC
4/5 Had a little problem on arrival, host was great to work with and came up with solution quickly. Loved that there were lots of pillows on the beds and the parking was great! Park behind the gate if you can, easier to turn around for exit.

5/5 Place was spotless. VERY pet-friendly with property being fully fenced. Neighborhood appeared a little sketchy at first but turned out to be VERY quiet and secure. The ONLY things that might be a bit of an issue for some is the very narrow gate entry and the fact that there is only one bathroom. Other than that, this property is exceptional and we would definitely stay again.
