Beautiful place, great location
5/5 I love walking into such a clean and open space! Location was perfect, close to everything. They had everything you’d need in the house, plus beach cruisers, SUPs and body boards. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. The views were great and the house was so comfortable. Warning there are a lot of stairs in the house. Got my steps in!

5/5 Our family loves this home! Beautiful, modern, spacious and very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Gorgeous outdoor spaces. PERFECT location - so close to everything, yet in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Whole experience was seamless from beginning to end - owners are friendly and attentive, and accommodated a special request. Thankful to have found this gem and will definitely re-book next time we’re in San Diego! Many thanks!

Wonderful Property, Location, and Communication
5/5 We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. As soon as we walked in the door, we said "wow!". The home is even more beautiful in person than in the photos (which is not always the case). The outdoor decks are lovely and the top deck has a great view at sunset. The house is upscale yet we felt at home. We were a 5 minute walk from a very nice beach (that has a play yard for kids, as well as at least one restaurant within walking distance). Communication with Evolve (the management company) and the owner was fast and very helpful. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
Great Thanksgiving week near the bay
5/5 Property is just like photos, kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc., communication with us was wonderful and welcoming, we enjoyed getting to the bay and beach as much as possible as the weather could not have been better, enjoyed sunsets from the upper levels, and appreciated having a garage to park our car as well as bikes for cruising the paths. We'd gladly stay again.
Only things to point out (as other reviewer have) is the fact that there are many stairs, so if you or anyone in your group has trouble with stairs or is young and needs to be supervised closely you might not want this property. Also, parking on the streets can be difficult at times if you have more than one car.

Wonderful place to stay!
5/5 The house is exactly as on pictures: modern, clean, and spacious. My family and I had a really great time!The communication with property manager was easy and quick. Thank you very much for that!The only thing that the house has a lot of stairs. It's absolutely not a problem if you are adult, but your children are better not walk yet or already walk well. My youngest one was 4 months and the oldest one was 6 years old. We didn't have any issues.
