Cozy residence with Beautiful Sunset View
5/5 The residence area is not very big, but cozy for two. Saved money having our own kitchen to cook in. Mini AC unit was nice in the afternoons when the living room area has sun exposure, but also provided a really nice view of the bay and a distant view of the ocean. Garage is small. Nissan Altima only had about 8 inches of room front to back. Needed the garage door open to get around the car. Once parked, we walked to nearby Belmont Park and ocean keeping our car nice and safe.

Cozy condo, excellent location
5/5 Perfect property for our mother-daughter getaway, only a block away from both the harbor (and park) and the beach. Very comfortable bed, fantastic shower, well equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, and felt extra safe with the locked gate entry. We strolled every morning to two coffee shops (Lazy Eye and Pura Vida) 1/2 mile down Mission Blvd., where there’s also a friendly market and Sara’s Mexican with delicious, huge burritos. Would definitely return!
Vacay on the Jetty
5/5 Loved our rental!! It was a great place to be when not at the beach. The view was mesmerizing, and the condo was perfect, clean, an awesome shower, garage for vehicle, and all tenants or other renters were great! We’d rent again!
