• Rutherford neighborhood treasure

  This was a fabulous home with a perfect location. The owners did an outstanding job ensuring the home was equipped with everything needed for an extended Napa stay. The bedrooms were cozy, with comfortable bedding and ample closet space. The main living spaces were bright and airy, and the kitchen is a cook’s dream. The outside spaces were also incredible. We truly enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and hottub, and spent tons of time enjoying the beauty of the Star Vineyard and Vaca Mountain range from the front patio.

  The location of the home cannot be beat. It is in the heart of Napa Valley and conveniently located near charming towns, incredible wineries and wonderful restaurants. The neighbors were also very friendly.

  Most importantly, the hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests. They offered amazing suggestions and made us feel very welcome in their charming home. We look forward to staying here again.

  We had an amazing month at this house. Location, location, location! It was great to be in between St. Helena and Yountville. We were in the middle of everything including all of our favorite vineyards and restaurants. The house had everything we needed to relax and entertain. The backyard and grounds are landscaped beautifully. It was nice to have the hot tub and fire pit. This house is furnished very well, and all is still in perfect condition, including the bedding. Which is sometimes hard to find with a rental. There was never a time that we felt that we didn’t have everything we wanted or needed at the house. Caroline and Ricco were very attentive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. If you’re considering this house, don’t hesitate. You will love it!

• Wonderful Home

  We spent the month of May at this lovely home. Newly remodeled. Everything is new! Perfectly located in central Napa Valley. Nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard that we enjoyed daily! Across from Star vineyard. If you want to buy wine from that vineyard B cellars makes/sells it. We bought some to remind us of our trip. We would definitely return and recommend.

• Location, Beauty, Experience. Beyond 5 Stars!

  We are so fortunate to have found 1155 Grape Lane. Napa Valley is world renowned for food and wine, and Grape Lane made our visit and experience beyond what we had imagined.

  Upon entering, we immediately felt warm and welcome. The host thought through the design for ultimate comfort and every detail a guest would need.

  Not only is the home centrally located, the view of the vineyard across the street felt like it was ours. The vistas from the windows vary from morning through evening, from morning fog through the glistening of the golden hour on the hillside.

  Through our stay, we felt like we were staying at The Four Seasons.

  Our entire family have traveled the world and stayed at various abnbs, and we all agree that this property has been one of the most impressive and most satisfying. We cannot wait to return.
