  Pro: beautiful home with a truly outstanding view

  Unfortunately, there were more cons as we need to deal with 3 parties managing this property.

  - Before heading down, we asked about the broken downstairs shower head since we saw it in a previous review. We were told it was fixed and when we got there it was still unusable.

  - The inability to control the heat made it difficult to sleep both nights.

  - The power outage our first night was difficult to navigate and we did not get a response until the next day.

  - The beds/mattresses were very soft and lumpy and unfortunately we all could barely sleep.

  - The trash cans were mostly full when we got there.

  - Could not use the fan in the loft.

  - We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the shower head. Our team has confirmed that it was in proper working order. However, we did notice that it had been removed during your stay at one point. Our team promptly reattached it, and it functioned correctly after that.
  - When you called us about the heat, we immediately turned it up and didn't hear from you since.
  - We recently added brand new memory foam mattresses before your arrival. We're sorry they may not have met your personal preferences.

• Beautiful Views, Great Location

  We were very happy with this rental! Good parking which is hard to find. Could not imagine the view being any better. Very clean and tidy! Only complaint really is that there was no hot water (lukewarm but not hot) the water heater temperature must be set VERY low. Not desirable when it is snowing outside. The thermostat was locked and it must’ve been set to 60 or less it was very cold had to go buy warmer PJs for sleep. Not ideal with small children. They caught a cold. Also, steps very icy with snow and could use some rock salt. Other minor things: extra blankets but no extra pillows for sleeping (unless you’re OK using couch pillows); fireplace but you must bring your own wood there was not any there for use. Still not deal breakers but things that are good to know before you go.

• Wonderful getaway

  The All Views cabin is just as described in the listing. It is clean and airy with beautiful views from the balcony and loft. The property is situated on a steep slope which gives it lovely unobstructed views and also limits the property’s accessibility to a yard for hanging out or for children to play on. We were blessed with two snowy evenings on our stay and the vaulted windows gave stunning views of the snowy nights.

• Wonderful family time

  We really enjoyed our stay. Spent with our family. Cabin was just as described. Parking was good except for the neighbors parking. We will be back hopefully end of October

  Stunning views, and the cabin is incredibly clean throughout. We had a lovely time exploring the area and relaxing each night with the marvelous sunset & city views.
