We loved our stay at this home. It's a beautifully decorated older home in the Historical part of downtown Riverside. Quiet neighborhood, very peaceful. The home is laid out great for multiple guests. Bedrooms are a distance apart from each other. The 3 beds upstairs do require walking up a steep 14 step staircase, so be aware of that. Not good for small children or elderly adults. There are some creaks in some doors and some areas of the floors, but they didn't bother us at all. The house had all the amenities that we would need. A+++++

This home is in what looks to be a historic neighborhood. It was remodeled well and was clean. The pictures didn’t do it justice. If you have small children though the stairs are very steep. I didn’t realize in the pictures there were such steep stairs. If I had seen them, I would’ve stayed in a more child friendly home.

This is a nice little house my brothers and sisters stayed at. The bathroom shower needs a new shower head and faucet handle and the water faucet needs replaced. Thanks! Would rent it again.

The home was nicely remodeled. A good space for those without young children. The stairs leading to the 3rd bedroom are very steep. The fabric softener or laundry detergent was very fragrant. If I owned I’d consider using a fragrance free for those who are sensitive. The grass in the front and backyard was very green. I’d say the pictures don’t show it justice.
