  This was the perfect house for four adults. It was in a nice location between San Diego and La Jolla. The house was great, very well decorated and up-to-date. Backyard was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely come back.

  Nice cozy place in good neighborhood. We selected this home because of the pickleball court. It was not a useful court. Surface not appropriate for pickleball, not playable.

  Great property, very comfortable. Great for a family gathering. Loved the pickleball courts and outdoor seating area. Would recommend!

• Poway Home, Perfect for families

  This home was a perfect fit for our family stay. Super clean, quiet neighborhood, and close our 94 year grandpa’s home. Beds are comfortable, linens are pristine, kitchen stocked with tools for making simple meals. And plenty of hot water! The pickleball court was a fun bonus for my husband and our boys. This home is also an easy walk to Old Town Poway shops and restaurants. Smokey J’s BBQ is a must!

• Great San Diego Area Location

  Family vacation to San Diego area, wanted to go to Legoland, San Diego Safari Park, San Diego Zoo and of course hit the beach. This house is located about half way in between those detitanations and couldn't be happier. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood that is walking distance from parks, restaurants, brewery, coffee shop, wine bar and cute little old town village. House is older, updated and has almost everything you will need. Batteries were dead in the remotes for the fan over table (we replaced them in order to use) and ac unit in master bedroom. Shopping for groceries was close (Walmart, Target, Amazon Market, Aldi). Suggestions for improvement would be that fans were needed in bedrooms. The original master gets very cold, the new master stayed cool but the other two bedrooms would not cool off, would benefit from a fan. The main bathroom does not have ventilation and windows were painted shut, requiring a little muscle to open. With that being said, would absolutely stay there again.
