Quiet Sequoia National Forest Cabin w/ Fireplace

  I usually travel with my best friend for my birthday weekend this year I wanted to make it a family trip to make memories with the grandbabies. This was a perfect place to do this. It is located at the top of the mountain so the view is amazing. Their is a game room that the grandbabies and all of us loved. Sunsets are amazing and the people around are so friendly. This I would say was the best trip and I'm excited to do it agian and we plan on booking this same cabin. Absolutely love this place

  Everything was great, the owner made sure to contact me to make sure everything was good, really appreciated that. Hot water works just takes a little while to heat up. The view was beautiful on our way up and at the cabin. We felt right at home, had no problems definitely would recommend and we will be back soon!!!

• Place is Good but no Hot Water and Toilet Knobs do not work

  I had booked this place for two nights for my family of total 7 people. This place was really good, I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for toilet knobs not working. And, not just that there was NO HOT WATER considering how cold it was outside. I did inform the manager/property owner about this on the first day I checked in but he just did not fix it. It was so hard to even wash dishes or hands with the damn cold water.Every time someone wanted to use the restroom, they had to make an announcement so that others wouldn't mistakenly go inside.

  Hi Sanjay, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We always take care of all our guests because we want everyone's visits to be enjoyable.
  -This is the first time a guest has provided this feedback, however, we are sorry that this impacted your stay
  -We email directions to turn the water main on for use of the water heater to each guest upon booking and are printed on the first page of the Welcome book. We promptly responded by sending clear pictures of how to turn on the water main and the hot water
  -Our HOA requires the water main to be turned on and off when occupying any house in this area. This is true for the other 5-6 rentals in this neighborhood and we have had no issues from prior or past travelers
  -We apologize for the issues you were having during your stay. The bathroom doors have working locks on all door knobs to allow for guest privacy. The toilets do have flushing mechanisms, however, there are no knobs. They are both working with no issues and are less than a year old. We have never had an issue personally or heard any issues from other guests about the toilets
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

• Great cabin for thanksgiving

  I spent four days here over thanksgiving, and I was very happy with the cabin. It was clean, and everything in the kitchen worked well for cooking. We loved the fireplace and it kept the cabin warm. Although we slept downstairs, if there were enough people you had some staying upstairs I might recommend bringing a space heater. Overall great stay
