Pleasant house and neighborhood
5/5 The house is spacious and comfortable, with updated amenities and a large wooden deck in back. It has excellent heating and air conditioning. The neighborhood is semi-rural but is only a five or ten minute drive to stores and restaurants. We occasionally saw deer out the kitchen window. We enjoyed frequent walks on the nearby El Dorado Trail, a combined biking and walking trail that goes for miles in the Placerville area.
