Perfect Mini VK by the beach!
5/5 I loved how close we were to everything. I didn’t have to worry about parking bc we just walked from our condo. Walking distance to the beach and food. So many great food options close by. I brought my electric car and was able to charge it over night in the garage so that worked out perfectly. The whole building was very clean and quiet. It was gated so my daughter and felt very safe staying there. My condo had everything I needed and was very clean.
2/5 we pay a cleaning fee and they had a list on the refrigeratorto wash dishes and towels not happy with that john p

From the owner: "We appreciate your feedback. Just to clarify for future guests, the checkout list simply asks that dishes be placed in the dishwasher and started. There’s no request to wash towels. We do use a professional cleaning service to fully prepare the home for each new stay. Thanks again for your comments."

5/5 Accommodations were great, host was responsive and friendly. No issues during the stay and everything was clean and orderly. Walking distance to almost anything in downtown Pismo!
