    First and foremost this house is GORGEOUS! It’s secluded and so peaceful, I would 100% recommend this place. It’s perfect because we were in the middle of a lot of places (placerville, Lake Tahoe, etc). One thing I will say that it wasn’t as clean as we thought it would be but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t just fix. Another downfall was we were at peak fire season so we couldn’t go downstairs and make some smores 😭. Regardless the place was amazing, so amazing I’m looking into real estate now 😂

    Our second time staying at this Pioneer home. Thoroughly enjoyed both times. Very relaxing. This time we spent daytime hours on the back deck watching the birds in the trees behind the house and nighttime hours stargazing. The house is wonderful and we will return again in the future.

    Very thankful!Absolutely impressed by the home and property. Very clean!Well stocked!Quite!Owners were great!The drive from highway.88, to the home was very pleasant. No disappointments.Lord willing, we will bring are daughters family with us.
