Perfect home base
5/5 This was the perfect spot for us to visit our favorite vacation lake, go for hikes and bike rides, and return to a restful cozy home base for the evening. Morning and evening on the deck was sweet, too! The neighborhood is quiet and secluded. The furnishings are comfortable and the home is well stocked with supplies, as described.

A wonderful High Sierra getaway
5/5 The property exceeded our group of three's expectations for cleanliness, amenities and quality of hosting. Two of us (myself and a cousin) had spent childhood summers at the nearby Cow Creek Summer Home Tract and this week-long visit brought back memories and helped make new ones. The owners' rep Margo did an excellent job helping us get settled and making us comfortable for our week-long stay, with clear instructions provided in a guest handbook.

28250 Old Strawberry Road, Strawberry
5/5 We like the fact that there was a fenced yard, helped with the dog and kids. It was located exactly where we expected, close to the river for fishing. We had an issue with another cabin, not through Vrbo, that was not located at the address in the posting.
The only issue was the garage door didn't close. We were told before we left of this issue. The door from the "play room" didn't lock, so we felt that we couldn't allow the kids to be in the room too late at night.
