Bad experience
1/5 Then be arrived we found out that the windows have no screens and one of the fans was not working because there was no remote control, and the place was hot. Open the windows lots of flies and bees and other insects came in and we had to close the doors and windows at night because of the bears, but the fan was not working so one couple almost fainted. The next day we had to rush back didn’t have any hot water either the beds were not comfortable and I personally had to sleep on the floor in another word. It was just a struggle so by the next day Give her force to go back home .

-We continuously strive to enhance our service based on guest feedback. However, guests should be mindful that this is a cabin in the woods, and the infrastructure and environment are not as predictable as in city apartments.
-Regarding your stay, our listing clearly states that the cabin is equipped with one queen bed, two full-size beds, and one twin bed. Your party consisted of seven adults with a pet. We acknowledge that two adults sharing a full-size bed may not be ideal for comfort. For added convenience, we provided four portable beds, which were available but not utilized by your group.
-Concerning the cold water issue, we responded promptly by contacting a local contractor who addressed the matter within an hour of receiving your notice.
-Despite these challenges, we issued a full refund, even though the guests stayed for 1.5 days instead of the full two days. We are committed to improving our service and hope the measures taken helped to alleviate some of the inconvenience.
Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
