Great Host
5/5 We loved our New Years vacation. Host was amazing and we had a great time celebrating New Year as a family. Lots of great amenities and kitchen fully stocked. Totally recommend to others.

Great Property
4/5 We had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable once we were settled in. We had Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pans and utensils.
The check-in process was difficult as we arrived to have no water on in the house. We tried the listed Manager's number twice and it went straight to voicemail, we left a message and emailed. After being on hold to get through to Evolve on the emergency number for 30 minutes, we were told that we'd need to wait to have that same Manager call us as it was a holiday weekend. Sigh.
There was no "house instructions" which we told Evolve, so there was no way to know that we had to haul the trash to the golf course, and no directions on how to do this as we were checking out. It would be super helpful to have a notebook for checkin, as we didn't have wifi password either.
Loved the seclusion and comfort of the property but it was difficult to know where/how things were.
