PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 3735 Geneseo Rd, Paso Robles, CA 93446
Coming from Southern CA to Sweetlife Villa, Paso Robles 
3735 Geneseo Road 

- Take the I-5 N all the way or I-5 N to 405 to 1-5
- Once you reach the bottom of the Grapevine:
- 4 miles until the I-5 splits off. Stay on the 5 for about an hour
- Exit hwy 46 toward Paso Robles. (there is a grocery store off this exit called El Toro market. It is the only one before arriving at the house)
- About one hour later turn left at Union Road (Tobin James Winery)
- 1st stop sign, turn left (Geneseo Rd) and follow until it dead ends
- Turn left (Geneseo again) and go about 1/3 mile, making the first right at the white fence. You'll see where it says 'B & P Ranch.' It’s an unpaved road and you will cross over a riverbed
- Follow road going left around the curve until you come to our gate
* Sweetlife Villa is the first house you come to

Coming from Nothern CA to Sweetlife Villa, Paso Robles
3735 Geneseo Rd

- Hyw 101 S
- Exit 46 E. toward Fresno
- Travel 8 miles or so until you reach Geneseo Road. Turn right
- Go through stop sign at first intersection ( Geneseo and Union Rd)
- Stay on this windy road until you come to a dead end. Turn left (This road is also called Geneseo!)
- Travel about 1/3 mile, making your first right at the white fence where it will say 'B&P RANCH'
- Passover a river bed and follow the road to the left until you see our gate
- Sweetlife Villa is the first house you come to

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This property is located behind a private gate. Access through the gate by pressing the button on the side of the keypad that's closest to the gate. There is no code required. To open the gate when leaving the property, the button is on the front of the keypad
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1234 followed by the Kwikset button
- To lock the door, press the Kwikset button
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off the A/C and heating
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
