  The house was PERFECT. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us. It was clean and cozy. The location was amazing. We were close enough to walk to old Pasadena for coffee and also at the Rose Bowl in minutes. Just amazing. The real treat was the best host I’ve ever had. Great communication, so helpful and considerate too. I love this place.

  The house is new, clean and centrally located in Pasadena. The manager, Roger, is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay. Unlike other rental properties they supplied new seasonings for cooking and had a welcome basket of treats, cookies, popcorn and snack bars.

  We had 5 adults staying for a 4 day family event. It was super convenient location to our events in Pasadena and La Canada.

  Parking in Pasadena is unique. If more than one car, be sure to purchase a parking pass. The info is given in the packet once you’ve rented the house. It’s easy and super inexpensive, you can buy pass online.

  Will definitely rent again!

  Perfect home for a family! We came into town for a wedding and loved staying here. So close to so many things to do with a family. The home was set up perfect for our family and the primary bedroom closet fit a pack n play perfectly! The owners were also so sweet and informative. They have done a great job at creating a welcoming home away from home.

• Convenient, cozy stay in Pasadena

  We were delighted to find such a great house within walking distance to the Rose Bowl and close to downtown Pasadena. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our group of three. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Our host, Linda, was wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate us (the snacks were such a nice touch — thank you!).

  Everything was perfect! Linda and Roger were highly communicative and gracious hosts! The space is well-decorated and designed. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is full stocked. We were able to make ourselves some meals to save on the money we wanted to spend on concert merch! We planned to go down early, but were so comfortable and relaxed in our space that we spent the whole afternoon at the house! Best of all, it was an enjoyable walk to and from the Rose Bowl. We came back to find people waiting on our corner for their Ubers! Highly recommend!
