Great property and location
5/5 This property was great for 3 adults and two teenagers. Enjoyed the pools! Easy drive downtown as well as to the hiking trails.

Weekend getaway Palm Springs
5/5 We were in Palm Springs for a wedding and this townhouse was perfect. The 3 bedrooms worked well with the Master having the most space and updated shower. Very clean house, great location situated between airport and Ranch Mirage. Great view of the snowcapped mountains out the front door. Very relaxing pool area as well and very friendly next door neighbors.
This unit needs a facelift!
3/5 There were many things that should have been ready for our stay, but were not done. There was a piece missing from the coffee pot. There was a problem with the back gate, and the cable tv was not set up from the last tenant. The owner came and fixed it, and she was accommodating, however, the unit itself needs to be renovated if she is going to ask for so much rent. On the upside, it was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.

To clarify, this vacation home provides both SmartTV and cable options to accommodate various guest preferences. It's not that the cable wasn't set up, but that there was some confusion accessing the correct settings. We happily assisted with this throughout your stay, and even purchased additional golf and tennis channels for you, at no additional cost, to ensure a pleasant experience.

5/5 We stayed her for a girls trip and it had everything we needed. We didn't rent a car but used Uber to get around and it was so easy. 10-15 minutes away from shopping, eating, groceries etc. We didn't cook in much but there seemed to be everything you would need.
