The Perfect Palm Springs Stay!
5/5 House had everything we could’ve asked for! Open concept for spending time with family, beautiful backyard with a hot tub and pool that was well kept and warm, stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils you need… genuinely loved staying at this house. Also appreciated how the house had plenty of beach towels and shower towels, and plenty of lounge furniture outside. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful getaway home
5/5 My family and I stayed at this beautiful home a weekend during the summer. The home is beautiful inside and out! The AC and pool were essential due to the Palm Springs heat, and trust me they did not disappoint! The location of the home is so convenient as it is close to many grocery stores and restaurants. I plan on booking this gem again this summer and recommend it to my friends and family!
Family fun, Most relaxing well appointed home
5/5 This was our second time staying at Arsen's beautiful home. We are a family of 5, two teens and one little one. Everyone had such an incredible time. There is so much out door space and areas to relax, everyone could have their own "zone". The pool is huge and the hot tub great. We paid for the heat to get the pool the temperature we liked. The kitchen is so well appointed, has everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and comfortable. This is such a great house, we hope to be back again as soon as we can! Thank you to Arsen for being such an incredible communicative host! Your house is the best!

Coachella getaway
5/5 Stayed at this air bnb due to a suggestion from a co worker, best suggestion ever. Stayed for Coachella weekend with friends in this beautiful home. Check in is a breeze, the manager is super attentive. Backyard has a cabana, pool (heated), sauna, grill, and a putting range. Highly recommend for a friends get away or a weekend get away. Will definitely be booking again .
