2/5 Hot water did not work in kitchen or bathroom faucet. Cockroach in corner, toilet sit wobbly, bedroom light switch only at the door so had to get out of bed to turn it off. Hard to close sliding doors

- The cleaner confirmed that all showers were functioning properly before check-in, as part of their standard inspection. However, once we received your call, the owner sent someone to the condo to double-check and ensure everything was in working order.
- This is not the standard we hope to deliver when it comes to cleanliness. The cleaning and pest control teams will receive this feedback so they can make the necessary improvements.
- The sliding doors and bedroom light switch are working as intended, though we understand they may not have met your preferences. The wobbly toilet seat has been reported and will be addressed by the maintenance team.

Dated but great
5/5 This was a great place to stay. Well equipped with essentials and beds were comfortable. It was a great location, quiet and very safe. It is dated but clean and functional. It is close to the pool. Would stay there again.
