Great location for indian wells
5/5 Customer service was great from basic communications to details. The home is very comfortable and clean. It is a 5 min walk to the Country Club clubhouse and less than 10 minute drive to Indian Wells tennis facility.

4/5 I really liked the bedrooms and bathrooms being on opposite sides of the condo. I also really liked the huge patio for the bedrooms and living area. The property location is very beautiful.
What I didn’t like is the strong order coming from the utility room where the washer/dryer arelocated. It was was strong my friend had to put a towel covering the door so the smell didn’t seep into the second bedroom. Also there is too much furniture and stuff on the tables. It’s lot of stuff. It appears that someone lives there but just rents out the condo periodically.
