Old & Tired
3/5 Location is good but so is anything in Palm Desert. Pool is close and property manager is responsive and very helpful. However the inside is way over it’s past due date. Everything is tired. Furniture, bedding, kitchen, bathrooms and everything in between needs some serious attention. Desert Falls is an adequate community but I would encourage you to find a unit in better condition.
