Cut Short by Virus
4/5 We enjoyed our stay at Spanish Walk. Mike was extremely accommodating and responsive. The house had everything you need to set up living. It was uniquely decorated and grew on us as time passed. Major art work. The one negative is the house is dark and has no real area associated with the house to sit outside. There are multiple pool and spa areas but those shut down with shelter in place.

Gorgeous Home!
5/5 This home is beautiful! Our family had a wonderful time staying here! There are also great amenities in the neighborhood - workout center, pool table room, community pool and hot tub. The owner, Mike, is also very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to others.

Art Gallery at Spanish Walk
5/5 My husband and I just spent six weeks in this great Spanish Walk home. It's a quiet private community somewhat removed from the busiest areas of Palm Desert but just a few minutes drive of most of the area's attractions. The community is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained with several pools, hot tubs, and a well-equipped gym. Mike's home is well-equipped and very comfortable with plenty of room for us plus the occasional overnight guest. The distinctive part of Mike's place, however, is all the wonderful art he has throughout. Old Italian and Spanish paintings, sculptures of saints in the bathroom, the Mona Lisa on the way to the laundry room - serious art, but it all makes you smile. Mike himself could not have been nicer - always available to answer questions or help us solve a problem. Great place for a longer-term rental.

4/5 The property owner was very accommodating and helpful to our parking situation, and a shower issue. Problems were resolved very quickly. Lovely home. The only thing missing was a gas grill.

Awesome!
4/5 This house is like living in an art museum; very tastefully decorated, lots of character. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is private.The only quibble we had was with the community pool - great setup with two lap lanes, but water temperature was way too hot for lap swimming. Otherwise we would highly recommend this property. Chris & Kristin March, 2017
