5/5 This home was exactly as described online. It was super clean & modern. The neighborhood was good. Its walking distance to the beach & to the marina. We even got to see a live concert from the comfort of the balcony. I come to Ventura once per month & have been n staying in hotels the past 2 yrs. This place was significantly better. Ill definitely be staying again.
