Great place. Great amenities. I would have given a 5 star rating but futon/sleeper is NOT for sleeping. Air mattress had leak. Thanks for hosting. We will book again.

The house is decorated cute, but the neighborhood was trashy and dogs were barking all hours of the night. It does not sleep five I recommend this place for no more than two people. They also were an hour late for us to check in and we ran out of laundry detergent and trash bags.

From the owner: "Hi Amy, Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback about the property. It’s always helpful for us to hear from guests so we can continue improving and provide the best experience possible.
I’m truly sorry that your stay was impacted by the neighbors. This isn’t something we’ve encountered with other guests before, and I can understand how frustrating that must have been. I hope that if you decide to return, your next stay will be much more enjoyable and relaxing.
We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and being part of what makes hosting so rewarding."
1) tried to enter property with keyless entry code but no instructions on using keypad, contacted property manager at 4:32pm return call came at 5:58pm, thankfully neighbor knew the code and procedure to let us in.2) Photo's on website inaccurate, nice TV but it had been moved to the bedroom.3)Sketchy neighborhood, fireworks going off 3 out of 4 nights that we were there.

- I’m truly sorry for the delayed response before your arrival. I understand the keyless entry system is modern, and the instructions were missing.
- We regret to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, and that the neighborhood did not meet your standards. During the 4th of July, this location is very popular, and people from different areas come to visit.
Please feel free to ask any questions before deciding to return. We’re confident your next stay will be much more enjoyable and relaxing. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and being part of what makes hosting so rewarding."
Clean, well stocked kitchen and bedding. Just as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay!

Love this little cottage. We wanted a long weekend near a dog beach and wow, did we strike lucky. So many owners won't take dogs and we have 2 German Shepherds. Even though I take sheets to cover all the furniture just in case, and make sure I clean up afterwards, it's still a challenge finding owners that will be flexible. Luckily this owner is flexible and it was a perfect spot. The yard area out back is perfect to sit and enjoy the nice weather alone or with furry friends. Morro Beach is not far away and pups of all sizes will love it. And for the larger humans, it's a short ride to Paso Robles where the vineyards are amazing. We will definitely be back sometime soon!
