Great Place to Stay
5/5 The condo unit was great! Large open main area, with two ample size bedrooms. Steps to the Balboa Island ferry, Balboa village, and the beach. Unit had AC in the main rooms to ensure a comfortable stay. There was also a garage to securely store bicycles, and the main door was easy to operate with a keypad entry.
Our point of contact for the unit, Branigan, was very helpful and a breeze to deal with.
Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location, very clean
5/5 This place was perfect for our family of 4, including 1 toddler and an infant. It is kind of a lot of stairs to the unit so hauling baggage, strollers and children was a little cumbersome but other than that it was honestly great. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook several meals there without issue. The unit was also very clean which was nice because my kids spend a lot of time on the floor. The shower is so awesome too. Great water pressure and the shower head is awesome. The bed was very comfy and there were lots of towels and also a washer and dryer in the garage which we didn’t use but it was nice to know it was there. The parking spot was very nice to have considering the parking isn’t always easy in that area. Lots of delicious food and you can walk to the beach in about 30 seconds! Would definitely stay here again.

5/5 We absolutely loved this place! We plan on visiting again soon. It is in the most perfect location. It is just right across the street from the beach. My son who is 10 loved this place way more than Laguna Beach.

5/5 My stay was outstanding. The host of the property was gracious and very helpful at all times. The place was located a short walk from the beach just across balboa blvd. Location was convenient to everything necessary. Property itself was clean and comfortable. I would readily stay there again and likely will perhaps as soon as next summer. I highly recommend a stay at this location if you’re looking for relaxation fresh air and a beach location. Food in the area is excellent. Hard to go wrong here!!!!!
